Package details

With the İGA Pass Mastercard package, offered in partnership with İGA Pass and Mastercard, you can benefit from selected İGA Pass services valid for one day in both domestic and international terminals and experience travel comfort above the clouds.

With the first usage that activates the package, you will have the right to use the Buggy, Priority Check-in, security checkpoints at Entrance Gates 1 and 3, and the Fast Track points at the security control point for departing passengers in either domestic or international terminals, depending on your flight. Moreover, if your return flight is within 7 days, you can use the Buggy service at the arrival floor in either domestic or international terminals, and if your flight is international, you can use the Fast Track service at the arrival security checkpoint.

 

Conditions

  • The İGA Pass Mastercard package is valid in both domestic and international terminals.
  • The İGA Pass Mastercard package does not include a guest entitlement.
  • The package entitlements are free of charge for guests aged 0-6 accompanying the İGA Pass Mastercard package user. The package is designed to be used with a maximum of 4 children (0-6 years old).
  • The İGA Pass Mastercard package is suitable for purchase and use by guests aged 18 and over.
  • The package activation is automatically completed at the first service point where the QR code is scanned after the passenger purchases the package. The packages are valid for 24 hours from the moment of first use.
  • The package activation must take place at the Departures floor of Istanbul Airport.
  • The list of partner airlines is available in the explanation section of the Priority Check-in service.
  • Parking entitlement cannot be combined in multiple package purchases.
  • The products within the package cannot be divided or transferred, and an activated package cannot be used by another person. Even if there are unused services in the active QR codes, the entire package is considered used.
  • Guests who will use the Valet & Car Park service must visit the manual payment points before exiting the parking lot to activate their entitlement.
  • Valet & Car Park usages are calculated on a daily basis.
  • For parking usages exceeding 4 days (96 hours), 4 days (96 hours) will be deducted from the total usage, and the remaining extra time will be charged separately.
  • The payment points for the Valet & Car Park service are located in the Purple P3 and Red P3 parking areas. Guests who prefer valet service can also complete their transactions at the valet payment points inside the terminal, near Exit Gate 9 on the domestic arrivals floor and Exit Gate 13 on the international arrivals floor.
  • Valet vehicle drop-off points for guests: There are 2 valet drop-off points on the Departures floor, one opposite Entrance 2 for domestic flights and one opposite Entrance 5 for international flights; there is also 1 valet drop-off point in the CIP area.
  • Valet vehicle pick-up points for guests: There are 2 valet pick-up points on the Arrivals floor, one opposite Exit 9 for domestic flights and one opposite Exit 13 for international flights.
  • Passengers traveling to the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Israel, and Canada cannot benefit from the Priority Check-in service due to additional security procedures.
  • Buggy service is not provided from the gates at the arrival floor. The service points at the arrival floor are listed in the Buggy service details.
  • If the package has never been activated, its validity expires 1 year after the purchase date.

Features included in the package

  • You can benefit from the Fast Track service at the security checkpoints located at Terminal Entrance Gates 1 and 3 on the Departures floor.
  • You can benefit from the Fast Track service at the security control point on the Domestic Departures floor.
  • You can benefit from the Fast Track service at the passport control point on the International Departures floor.
  • You can benefit from the Fast Track service at the passport control point on the International Arrivals floor.

If you are flying with one of the contracted airlines listed below, you can benefit from the Fast Check-in by going over to the Business Check in counter of your airline and declaring your iGA Pass membership.

Passengers flying to the USA, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Israel or Canada are not eligible for Fast Check-in as they are required to pass through an additional security check.

Fast Check-in Counter G39 is dedicated to iGA Pass members flying with Turkish Airlines.

    • The buggy desks in the international departures hall are located across from gates C1 and E1.
    • In the international arrivals hall, stop A is located at A5, stop B at B5, stop D between gates D11-D9, and stop F next to gate F6.
    • The buggy call points in the international arrivals hall are located across from gate A10-8, between B8-B10, to the right of gate D15, and across from gate F15.
    • The buggy desk in the domestic departures hall is located across from the escalators leading to the departure gates.
    • In the domestic arrivals hall, stop G is located next to gate G5.
    • The buggy call point in the domestic arrivals hall is located across from gate G10.
    • Buggy vehicles are shared and do not offer exclusive personal use rights.

    • The 4-day (96-hour) parking entitlement starts when the guest enters the parking lot. The entitlement is calculated based on the date and time on the parking ticket, and the passenger must present the ticket to the parking attendant upon exit.
    • If the parking service is not used or is used for less than 4 days (96 hours), the remaining entitlement cannot be transferred, used at a different time, or refunded.
    • For parking usage exceeding 4 days (96 hours), the total parking duration will be reduced by 4 days (96 hours), and the remaining extra duration will be charged separately.
    • Members who wish to use the Valet & Parking service must visit the manual payment points before exiting the parking lot to validate their entitlement.
    • The payment points for the Valet & Parking service are located in the Purple P3 and Red P3 parking areas. Guests who choose valet service can also complete their transactions at payment points inside the terminal, near Exit Gate 9 in the domestic arrivals hall and Exit Gate 13 in the international arrivals hall.
    • Valet vehicle return points: There are two valet return points in the arrivals hall—one across from Exit Gate 9 for domestic arrivals and one across from Exit Gate 13 for international arrivals.
    • Valet vehicle drop-off points: There are two valet drop-off points in the departures hall—one across from Entrance 2 for domestic departures and one across from Entrance 5 for international departures. Additionally, there is one valet drop-off point in the CIP area.
    • For multiple package purchases, parking entitlements cannot be combined for the same vehicle; each parking entitlement is valid for a different vehicle.
    • The Valet & Parking entitlement included in the İGA Pass Mastercard package is subject to the capacity of the Valet and Parking service areas.
