Package details
iGA Pass Premium is a package for those who want to benefit from the services designed specifically for them at the airport together with their families. In this package, offering you the chance to start experiencing the comfort of iGA Pass together with your family before your flight starts, you can benefit from valet and parking services for a longer period of time, unlike other options. If you do not like driving before flight, you can request urban transfer up to 10 times for yourself and two family members that accompany you.

If you have a scheduled flight with one of the airlines listed below, you can take advantage from priority check-in by visiting the priority check-in counter of your airline and showing your iGA Pass membership.*Counter G39 is dedicated for priority check-in of iGA Pass members having a scheduled flight with Turkish Airlines.

There are 3 separate Buggy stations at the international departures floor, namely stations north, east and west.
- International west buggy station dedicated to international boarding gates A, B, C, E and
- International north buggy station dedicated to international boarding gate D
- International east buggy station dedicated to international boarding gates A, B, C, E and F
There is only one buggy station at the domestic departures floor.
At the arrivals floor, you may just visit the buggy stations located at the corridor in front of the exit gates and ask for a buggy by using the phone located at the station.

Vehicle drop-off points from guest to valet: There are 2 vehicle drop-off points at the departures floor, namely 1 across entrance gate 2 for domestic flights and 1 across entrance gate 5 for international flights, plus 1 more vehicle drop-off point at lounge exit dedicated for THY domestic flights.
Vehicle pick-up points from valet to guest: There are 2 vehicle pick-up points at the arrivals floor, namely 1 across exit gate 9 for domestic flights and 1 across exit gate 13 for international flights, plus 1 more vehicle pick-up point at lounge entrance dedicated for THY domestic flights.
Service details
- İGA PASS Premium members can use the urban transfer service up to 10 times a year free of charge.
- İGA PASS Premium members who want to use the service can call our Call Center at 444 1 442 or send an email to reservation@igapass.com to make their booking.
- Urban transfer service is available within the borders of Istanbul only.
- Bookings for urban transfer service must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the requested hour of service.
- When booking, İGA Pass Premium members are required to specify the date and hour of their flight, the flight code, their ID card number or passport number, their pick-up address, or as the case may be, their drop-off address, time information, number of people, and number of luggage.
- No address change can be made in the car.
- The allocated car type may vary according to number of people and luggage requirements.
- The allocated car segment may vary according to availability.
Variation and Cancellation Conditions
- Transfer cancellation or variation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the booked service hour by calling our Call Center at 444 1 442 or sending an email to customercare@igairport.aero.
- Urban transfer bookings that are not cancelled or changed in due time will drop from the remaining urban transfer rights of the İGA Pass Premium member.
Delays attributable to the member
- In pick-up service, the car will wait for the İGA PASS Premium member up to 15 minutes. If the member cannot be reached, the car will drive back and the booking made for that transfer will drop form the remaining urban transfer rights of the member.
- If the car and member fail to meet, the member shall call İGA Call Center to notify the situation, whereupon immediate action will be taken to arrange the meeting. If the member leaves without notifying İGA Call Center of the situation, the booking made for that transfer will drop form the remaining urban transfer rights of the member.
- If the car is late up to 15 minutes, the member will not become entitled to any extra benefits, provided that such delay is notified to the İGA PASS Premium member.
Measures taken against Covid-19
- All vehicles are provided with a separator to prevent contact between driver and guests.
- All luggage of our guests is disinfected directly at delivery and put into the vehicle only thereafter.
- The interior of all vehicles is disinfected with a spray system after each service.
- After disinfection, the vehicles’ rear doors are sealed with a sticker that will be removed by the next guest to use the vehicle.
- Also, all vehicles are disinfected in full detail at the end of each day.
- All vehicles are provided with a hygiene kit comprising disposable medical masks, gloves, cologne (70°), hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for use by our guests.
- Vehicles are allowed to board only half of their actual passenger capacity.
- All vehicles are provided with a thermometer. Body temperature of both guests and driver is measured and recorded prior to service.
- All vehicles’ HVAC filters are disinfected regularly, with the system set to intake fresh air from outside.
- Hand sanitizers are available at vehicle entrance.
- All drivers are wearing a mask, visor and gloves.
- All drivers receive regular training on the pandemic, Covid-19 virus and emergency procedures.
- Health check is applied to all drivers at regular intervals and their body temperature is measured and recorded before each shift every day.
