iGA PASS PLUS  Frequently Asked Questions

iGA Pass Yearly packages are valid for one year from the date of package activation and they include various service usage/benefit rights.
There are three (3) different iGA Pass yearly package options: iGA Pass Plus, iGA Pass Extra and iGA Pass Premium.

Meet & Greet is not included in membership packages. This service must be booked separately on the iGA Meet & Greet product page.

The services included in the package you have purchased and the QR code for these services are found in the iGA Pass menu in the lower right corner of the Istanbul Airport mobile app. To benefit from the services in your yearly package, simply scan your QR code at the relevant service points or tell our staff your registered phone number. In case of the latter, an SMS code will be sent to your phone which you will have to confirm. If the package was purchased as a gift, the phone number of the person who received it as a gift must be provided.

In addition to Istanbul Airport, iGA PASS yearly packages can also be used at Dalaman Airport. Our yearly packages give you access to Dalaman Lounge on the domestic departures floor of Dalaman Airport, in addition to the services you can benefit from at Istanbul Airport.

The license plate information entered into the system at the time of first registration cannot be changed via the website or the mobile app. License plate change requests must be made to iGA PASS service and sales desks or by email to reservation@igapass.com.

We need your license plate to recognize your car during Car Park & Valet use. In case of a change, please be sure to update and revise your license plate information in advance to avoid problems when leaving the car park.

To purchase a yearly iGA Pass membership package, you can:
    • visit our website at www.igapass.com,
      use the Istanbul Airport mobile app,
      call our Call Center at 444 1 442,
      stop by at the iGA Pass sales desks.

    • iGA PASS Extra and iGA PASS Premium package owners can benefit from car park service free of charge with their car whose license plate they have entered into the system. Package owners can enter up to 3 license plates into the system but the service can be used free of charge with only one car at a time. You can email to reservation@igapass.com to have your license plate entered into the system.

    iGA PASS package owners get a 25% discount on iGA Sleepod, iGA Luggage Wrap, and iGA Left Luggage services. This discount cannot be used by package owners’ guests.
    You can benefit from a 10% discount at Unifree Duty Free.
    • Only iGA Pass members can benefit from this campaign. The discount cannot be used by package owners’ guests.
    • The campaign does not include alcohol and tobacco products.
    • To learn more about current campaigns and campaign conditions, you can log in on the Istanbul Airport mobile app and go to the ‘Campaigns’ tab.

    There are two iGA Pass sales desks, one in front of counter K in the international landside area and one next to iGA Lounge entrance in the international airside area.

    To renew your iGA PASS membership package, you can:
    • visit our website at www.igapass.com ,
      use the Istanbul Airport mobile app,
      call our Call Center at 444 1 442,
      stop by at the iGA Pass sales desks.

    • Please be sure to make your renewal request thirty (30) days before the expiry date of your package. Your new package will be valid from the expiry date of your previous package.

    You have the right to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) days of purchase. If, however, you start using any of the services included in the package before the fourteen (14) days’ withdrawal period has expired, you will forfeit the right of withdrawal.
    If you have not used any of the services after purchase, you can exercise your right to withdraw by submitting an explicit statement to iGA Service & Sales desks or by phone call to our Call Center within the time stated above.

    We will send an e-invoice of your purchase to your registered e-mail address within 7 days.

    iGA PASS package owners get 25% discount on iGA Sleepod, iGA Luggage Wrap and iGA Left Luggage services. This discount cannot be used by package owners’ guests.

    You do not need a physical card to benefit from the services included in your package. You can benefit from all services in your package digitally using the Istanbul Airport mobile app.

    You can benefit from all services included in iGA Pass Plus as many times as you wish, without any limitation. The car park and valet service in iGA Pass Extra is limited to 30 days. The car park and valet service in iGA Pass Premium is limited to 90 days. City transfer can be used up to 10 times.

    Yearly Packages are valid for 1 year as of package activation.

    Fast Check-in is available in all iGA PASS yearly membership packages. To benefit from this service, passengers flying with one of our contracted airlines can use the business check-in counter of their airline. Passengers flying with Turkish Airlines can use the iGA Pass Fast Check-in point at counter G39. Package owners wishing to benefit from the service are required to show the relevant airline’s counter staff the Istanbul Airport mobile app screen showing their package rights (QR menu).

    Owners of an iGA Pass Plus or iGA Pass Extra package can bring 1 guest traveling with the package owner. Owners of an iGA Premium package can bring 2 guests.
    Minor guests aged 0-12 years traveling with the owner of an iGA Pass Plus or iGA Pass Extra package, and minor guests aged 0-18 years traveling with the owner of an iGA Pass Premium package, can use our services free of charge, without any deduction from the right to bring a guest.
    If, for lounge services included in the package (iGA Lounge, Pop-Up Lounge, Lounge Domestic), the package owner wants to bring more guests, the first additional guest is charged half the price (i.e., 50% discount is applied). Any other additional guests are charged at full rate (i.e., no discount).
    The right to bring a guest is not available for Car Park & Valet service. To learn more about the terms and conditions of this service, click here.

    iGA Pass Plus enables you to benefit from Fast Track, Fast Check-in, iGA Lounge, iGA Lounge Domestic, iGA Pop-Up Lounge and Buggy services together with one additional guest so that you can experience the comfort of traveling above the clouds with all the privileges offered to you by iGA Pass.

    To purchase an iGA Pass Plus membership, you can call our call center (444 1 442), visit our website (www.igapass.com), use the Istanbul Airport mobile app or stop by at the iGA Pass sales desks located inside Istanbul Airport’s terminal.

    iGA Pass Plus membership is valid for one year starting from the activation date.

    Members can benefit from Fast Track, Fast Check-in, iGA Lounge, iGA Lounge Domestic, iGA Pop-Up Lounge and Buggy services as many times as they wish.

    Eligibilities under yearly iGA Pass membership packages are exclusive to the package owner and cannot be used individually by, nor be transferred to, any person who does not travel with the package owner.

    iGA Pass yearly membership packages cannot be used individually by any person that is not accompanied by the package owner.

    During the service uses for a travel, the guest/guests benefiting from the package rights alongside the member may not be different from the guest/guests introduced during the first usage for that particular travel.

    Conditions

    • In order for the iGA Pass member to enter iGA Lounge, their valid boarding hour must be within 6 hours starting from the time of entry. iGA Pass members and their guests are limited to stay for a maximum of 6 hours on a single usage of iGA Lounge.
    • To benefit from our services, you can log in on the Istanbul Airport mobile app, go to your member profile where you will find a QR code, and show the code to our staff at the relevant iGA Pass service points.

    • Minor guests aged 0-12 years traveling with the owner of an iGA Pass Plus can use our services without any deduction from the right to bring a guest.
    • Fast Check-in is only available on contracted airlines.

    • Passengers flying to the USA, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Israel, or Canada are not eligible for Fast Check-in as they are required to pass through an additional security check.
    • There is no Buggy service from the flight gates on the arrivals floor. Please see the Buggy service details for Buggy service points.
    • TAYA Yolcu Hizmetleri A.Ş. reserves the right to make changes in the services contained in iGA Pass packages.

    Features included in the package

    • Security control points at terminal entrance gates 1 and 3 on the departures floor.
    • Security control point for domestic departures.
    • Passport control point for international departures.
    • Passport control point for international arrivals.

    If you are flying with one of the contracted airlines listed below, you can benefit from the Fast Check-in by going over to the Business Check in counter of your airline and declaring your iGA Pass membership.

    Passengers flying to the USA, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Israel or Canada are not eligible for Fast Check-in as they are required to pass through an additional security check.

    Fast Check-in Counter G39 is dedicated to iGA Pass members flying with Turkish Airlines.

    • The maximum length of stay/usage at Dalaman Lounge is 4 hours.
    • Minor guests aged 0-6 years traveling with the member of an iGA Pass can use Dalaman Lounge service without any deduction from the right to bring a guest.

    • iGA Pop-Up Lounge located on the International Departures floor.

    • International departure Buggy desks are located across gates C1 and E1.
    • International arrival Buggy service point A is across gate A5, B is across gate B5, D is between gates D11 and D9, and F is next to gate F6.
    • International arrival Buggy call points are across gates A10-A8, between gates B10-B8, to the right of gate D15, and across gate F15.
    • Domestic departure Buggy service point is across the escalator that goes down to the boarding gates.
    • Domestic arrival Buggy service point G is across gate G5.
    • Domestic arrival Buggy call point is across gate G10.
    • Buggy service is not designed for private use and is therefore a shared service.

    Campaign Terms and Conditions
    • The campaign is valid for; iGA Pass Plus, iGA Pass Extra and iGA Pass Premium members.
    • iGA Pass Plus/Extra/Premium members can benefit from the discount with the QR code they attain from the campaign page or declaring their physical cards.
    • Alcohol, tobacco products, any product categorized within the “technologial product” group, Chanel and Dior brands are not valid for the campaign
    • The discount amount per purchase is limited to 50 Euros.
    • The rights to the discount cannot be transfered to another one, or used by non-members.
    • The campaign is valid at Unifree Duty Free stores located in Istanbul Airport international departure and arrival floor.
    • This campaign can not be combined with other special offers.
    • The campaign is not valid for; iGA Pass Daily, Daily Kids and iGA Pass Daily Domestic members.
