iGA PASS DAILY  Frequently Asked Questions

The services included in the package you have purchased and the QR code for these services are found in the iGA Pass menu in the lower right corner of the Istanbul Airport mobile app. To benefit from the services in your daily package, simply scan your QR code at the relevant service points or tell our staff your registered phone number. In case of the latter, an SMS code will be sent to your phone which you will have to confirm. If the package was purchased as a gift, the phone number of the person who received it as a gift must be provided.

You have the right to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) days of purchase. If, however, you start using any of the services included in the package before the fourteen (14) days’ withdrawal period has expired, you will forfeit the right of withdrawal.
If you have not used any of the services after purchase, you can exercise your right to withdraw by submitting an explicit statement to iGA Service & Sales desks or by phone call to our Call Center within the time stated above.

There are two iGA Pass sales desks, one in front of counter K in the international landside area and one next to iGA Lounge entrance in the international airside area.

To purchase a daily iGA Pass membership package, you can:
    • visit our website at www.igapass.com,
      use the Istanbul Airport mobile app,
      call our Call Center at 444 1 442,
      stop by at the iGA Pass sales desks.

    • iGA Daily, iGA Daily Domestic or iGA PASS Daily Kids do not include any guest rights.
    Minor guests aged 0-6 years who travel with the package owner can benefit from the services free of charge.

    iGA Pass Daily packages are valid for 24 hours after the first use and include various service usage/benefit rights. If not used, they expire in a year from the date of purchase.
    There are three (3) different iGA Pass daily package options: iGA Pass Daily, iGA Pass Daily Domestic and iGA Pass Daily Kids.

    We will send an e-invoice of your purchase to your registered e-mail address within 7 days.

    Fast Check-in is available in all iGA PASS daily membership packages. To benefit from this service, passengers flying with one of our contracted airlines can use the business check-in counter of their airline. Passengers flying with Turkish Airlines can use the iGA Pass Fast Check-in point at counter G39. Package owners wishing to benefit from the service are required to show the relevant airline’s counter staff the Istanbul Airport mobile app screen showing their package rights (QR menu).

    You do not need a physical card to benefit from the services included in your package. You can benefit from all services in your package digitally using the Istanbul Airport mobile app.

    We need your license plate to recognize your car during Car Park & Valet use. In case of a change, please be sure to update and revise your license plate information in advance to avoid problems when leaving the car park.

    Owners of an İGA PASS Daily Domestic can benefit from car park service free of charge with their car whose license plate they have entered into the system. Package owners can enter up to 3 license plates into the system but the service can be used free of charge with only one car at a time. You can email to reservation@igapass.com to have your license plate entered into the system.

    Daily Packages can be used only once within 1 year from the date of purchase.

    You can benefit from all services included in iGA Pass Daily and iGA Pass Daily Kids as many times as you wish, without any limitation. The car park and valet service in iGA Pass Daily Domestic is limited to 4 days.

    Owners of an iGA Pass Daily package get 25% discount on iGA Sleepod, iGA Luggage Wrap and iGA Left Luggage services. This discount cannot be used by package owners’ guests.
    Owners of an iGA Pass Daily package also get 10% discount on their purchases at Unifree Duty Free.
    • Only iGA Pass members can benefit from this campaign. The discount cannot be used by package owners’ guests.
      The campaign does not include alcohol and tobacco products.

    iGA Pass daily package allows you to benefit from all of the iGA Pass privileges for a full day at both international and domestic floors, within the established usage scopes of relevant service points as listed below. With iGA Pass Daily, you can experience the travel comfort presented to you above the clouds.

    Within the package activation starting with the first usage, the services of Lounge, Buggy, Fast Check-In and Fast Track which is available at security points located at entrance gates 1 and 3 for one day. In addition, for both international and domestic arrival flights, Buggy service on the arrival floor; and for international departure flights, Fast track service on the departure floor will be available to you with the condition of your flight being within 7 days of the first activation.

    You can purchase your iGA Pass Daily membership from our call center (444 1 442), our website (www.igapass.com), İstanbul Airport mobile application or iGA Pass sale points located inside Istanbul Airport’s terminal.

    • iGA Pass Daily is available for purchase for guests who are 12 years old or older

    • Guests aged between 0-6 can benefit from the rights alongside the package owner for free.

    • iGA Pass Daily package is activated automatically after the QR code is scanned for the first service usage.

    • Lounge service can only be used once.

    • Lounge service is limited to 6 hours of usage.

    • iGA Pass Daily package does not include any guest rights.

    • The rights to iGA Pass Daily memberships are special for the member and the service rights cannot be used by another or be transfered to another in the cases of the member not being present.


     

    Conditions

    • In order for the iGA Pass member to enter iGA Lounge, their valid boarding hour must be within 6 hours starting from the time of entry. iGA Pass members and their guests are limited to stay for a maximum of 6 hours on a single usage of iGA Lounge.

    • To benefit from our services, you can show your QR code in your membership profile to the agent in charge at iGA Pass points after logging in to the İstanbul Airport mobile application.

    • İGA Pass Daily package is available at both international and domestic floors.

    • iGA Pass Daily package rights are unique to the owner and are available for usage for only one passenger.

    • For the package activation, the first service usage must be made at the departure floor.

    • Fast Check-in service is only valid for contracted airlines.

    • Contracted airlines are listed under Fast Check-In service description.

    • Passengers flying to the USA, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Israel, or Canada are not eligible for Fast Check-in as they are required to pass through an additional security check.

    • Buggy service can not be provided from flight gates on the arrival floor. Buggy call points are listed on the Buggy details.

    • In the cases of the package not being activated after purchase for 1 year, the rights to activation is no longer available

    • TAYA Yolcu Hizmetleri A.Ş. reserves their right to make changes in the services of iGA Pass packages.

    If you are flying with one of the contracted airlines listed below, you can benefit from the Fast Check-in by going over to the Business Check in counter of your airline and declaring your iGA Pass membership.

    Passengers flying to the USA, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Israel or Canada are not eligible for Fast Check-in as they are required to pass through an additional security check.

    Fast Check-in Counter G39 is dedicated to iGA Pass members flying with Turkish Airlines.

    • Domestic departure Buggy service point is across the escalator that goes down to the departure gates.
    • Domestic arrival Buggy service point G is across G5 arrival gate.
    • Domestic arrival Buggy call point is across G10.
    • Buggy service is not designed for private use and is therefore a shared service.

    • This benefit is valid for iGA Business Pod, Luggage Wrap, Shower and Sleepod services.
    • No guest right can be used for this benefit.
    • Members can benefit from the discount by declaring their mobile phone number which was used for their iGA Pass membership at the relevant service points.
    • Taya Yolcu Hizmetleri A.Ş reserves the right to make changes in the campaign conditions.
    • The campaign cannot be combined with other special offers.
    • Discount rights cannot be transferred to other persons, nor be used by any person other than the member themselves.
