To buy the iGA Pass membership packages;
• You can use our website www.igapass.com,
• You can use the Istanbul Airport mobile application.
• Or you can buy iGA Pass packages from the info and sales desks that are located in the airport.

You can see the services included within the package you have bought through the QR menu on our application, Istanbul Airport. To access any of our services, you need to show your QR code to the related personnel. You can see the QR code in the QR menu of the mobile application as shown below after you buy the membership package.

From the day you buy the service, you are legally allowed to use your right of cancellation within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason. On the event that any of the services are used by your side within this fourteen (14) days, you are not allowed to use your right of cancellation.

After you have bought our services, if you have not used any of them within the aforementioned time frame, you can request to use your right of cancellation to an iGA info and sales desk, or our call center.

Owners of the iGA Pass Plus and iGA Pass Extra packages have 1 guest right in addition to themselves. iGA Pass Premium members have 2 guests right in addition to themselves.

For the members of iGA Pass Plus and iGA Pass Extra packages the children between ages 0-12, and for the owners of the iGA Pass Premium package, kids between ages 0-18 are not subtracted from their guest rights.

Prioritized check-in is included in all iGA Pass membership packages. If the passengers are using one of our contracted airlines, they should go to their airlines’ business check-in counter to use this service. Showing the QR code menu in our Istanbul Airport application to the check-in personnel will allow the passenger to access our service.

If you are a member of one of the İGA Pass Extra, or İGA Pass Premium packages, you are allowed to register 3 different vehicles to your membership. For this reason, you should register the vehicles you want to access this service with. Please note that you can access this service with only one of the registered vehicles at the same time. You cannot use the service with different vehicles simultaneously.
When using our services, we require your photograph to be able to confirm your identity. Thus, please make sure that you upload your photo to our system while purchasing one of our packages. If you would like to change the photo you have uploaded to the system, you need to ask the info and sales desks on Istanbul Airport.

You cannot change the car plate you have registered through our web site or mobile application. To change your car plate, you are required to contact the iGA Pass info and sales desk.

Packages that have a limit on them are only the Valet & Car park service, and the city transfer service. Other services do not have a limit on them and are usable freely.

E-Receipt that is related to your transaction will be e-mailed to your registered contact information within 7 days.

Your package will be activated on the date you buy it.

Membership packages are valid for a year, starting from the date they are bought. Packages that have been bought before April 7th will start and keep its validity for a year starting from the April 7th.

You do not need a physical card to access any of our services. All of the services that are included in the packages can be used through the Istanbul Airport mobile application.

Unfortunately, none of our packages include the Meet&Greet service. Meet&Greet service requires you to make a reservation beforehand from our website

When using our services, we require your photograph to be able to confirm your identity. Thus, please make sure that you upload your photo to our system while purchasing one of our packages. If you would like to change the photo you have uploaded to the system, you need to ask the info and sales desks on Istanbul Airport.

When you use our Valet & Car park service, we require your car plate to be able to recognize your vehicle. If you would like to change your registered car plate on the system, you need to ask the info and sales desks on Istanbul Airport, or our call center from 444 1 442.

iGA Pass is currently only usable in Istanbul Airport.

We have 3 Info and Sales desk located in the Airport. One is on the D counter before the domestic departures, another one is on M counter before the international departures, and the last one is right next to the Information Desk after the passport check.

iGA Lounge is currently open to service in international departures floor, after the passport check.

You can see where the Lounge is located in the airport through our Istanbul Airport mobile application.

> Seating for 585 people within 4.400 m2 are of the lounge.

> We offer a free massage service in iGA Lounge, where delicious snacks are available on the open buffet. We have a room for kids to play in while our guests relax in a shower or our resting area. We also offer a comfortable business area with a meeting room and a silent room for the businesspeople to be able to continue working.

The only common lounge in Istanbul Airport is iGA Lounge. To access the iGA Lounge you need to purchase the iGA Lounge service, or one of the iGA Pass membership packages. Additionally, if you are using one of our contracted airlines or companies, they might give you the right to access iGA Lounge, should you meet the requirements set by their side.

In addition, on Istanbul Airport domestic lines, there is a Turkish Airlines CIP Lounge for business passengers and owners of the Frequent Flyer card. On the international departures there is another Turkish Airlines CIP Lounge for Star Alliance business passengers and owners of the Frequent Flyer card.

On the international departures, there is the iGA common lounge for iGA Pass owners to access. This lounge, while being accessible with purchasable entry, it can also be used by corporate guests of contracted companies such as banks, or telecom corporations.

Buggy shuttles, which can accommodate up to 3 to 5 people, is a service which every passenger can use. Buggy shuttles operate on international and domestic departures floor. There are a total of 4 buggy stops, 3 being located on international departures and 1 located on domestic departures.

There are 3 different buggy stops on international flights. They are separated as; Northern, Eastern, and Western stops. There is a separate line located on the domestic line which has a designated stop in itself. Our Buggy service is included in the iGA Pass membership packages. You can also purchase our Buggy service from the buggy stops which you can find by checking the map on Istanbul Airport application. (Searching as Buggy on the map will suffice.)

• Western Buggy Stop is located across the C1 gate on the international departures floor

• Northern Buggy Stop is located on the center after the stairs leading down to the D gate.

• Eastern Buggy Stop is located across the E1 gate on the international departures floor.

• Domestic Buggy Stop is located across the stairs leading down to the domestic departures.

• Western Buggy Stop is designated to A, B, C, E, and F international gates.

• Northern Buggy Stop is on the center after the stairs leading down to the designated to D international gate.

• Eastern Buggy Stop is designated to A, B, C, E ve F international gates.

• Domestic Buggy Stop is designated to domestic flight gates.

You can check your gate from your boarding pass for the corresponding buggy stop.

You can use our Buggy service from our stops with your boarding card or a voucher of your airlines if you are using one of the contracted airlines, and you meet the conditions set by them. You can also use the service through the QR code our contracted companies give you on their applications.

Buggy service is for one-time use only. To use our Buggy service again, you have to make a purchase again.

From the day you buy the service, you are legally allowed to cancel the service within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason. On the event that any of the services are used by your side within this fourteen (14) days, you are not allowed to use your right of cancellation.

All of our buggy stops are currently operating. They are all open to use.

Our Meet & Greet packages, which operate on both domestic and international lines, are designed to cater to the needs of arriving, departing, and transfer passengers.

iGA Meet&Greet service works by a reservation system. In the case that we have an available welcome agent on the date you request, you will be notified about your reservation’s approval.

For reservations of iGA Meet&Greet;

• From the info@igapass.com mail address.

• Or you can make your reservation through our Info and Sales desk located in the Airport.

Additionally, you will be able to buy our Meet & Greet services from iGA Pass information and sales desks that will be located on our airport in a short time. Information regarding when the iGA Pass info and sales desks start operating will be shared later on.

For Meet & Greet services, only the reservations which are made up to 24 hours before the flight can be processed. Reservations made within the 24 hours of the flight are not taken into process.

For your request of cancellation and changing the service, you can contact the iGA information and sales desk.

If your reservation is approved and you have bought the service, from the day you have made the purchase, you have the right of cancellation in up to fourteen (14) days. Only condition being that the cancellation cannot be within the 48 hours of your flight. On the event that the service is used within the fourteen (14) days of purchase, you are not allowed to use your right of cancellation.

To access our Fast Track service, you need to be a member of an iGA Pass membership package. For details, please check our packages.

Additionally, if you are using one of our contracted airlines or companies, they might give you the right to access iGA Fast Track service, should you meet the requirements set by their side.

iGA Fast Track service is available; • At the entrance to the terminal; security points of 1st entrance gate - domestic departures, 3rd and 7th entrance gates - international departures.

• At passport control points of international arrivals, international departures, and the transfer floor.

You can use our Fast Track service from our stops with your boarding card or a voucher of your airlines if you are using one of the contracted airlines, and you meet the conditions set by them. You can also use the service through the QR code our contracted companies give you on their applications.

To access our Valet & Car park service, you need to be a member of an iGA Pass membership package. For details, please check our packages.

iGA Pass Extra includes 30 days of Valet & Car park service, and iGA Pass Premium offers an extended 90 days of service. Your eligibilities start from the day you purchase the service, and is usable for a year.

Valet pick-up spots are: one spot is across the 2nd gate for domestic flights on departures floor, one spot is across the 5th gate for the international flights, and one spot is by the exit of Turkish Airlines domestic CIP Lounge, which makes a total of 3 spots for valets pick-ups.

Valet return spots are: one spot is across the 9th gate for domestic flights on departures floor, one spot is across the 13th gate for the international flights, and one spot is by the exit of Turkish Airlines domestic CIP Lounge, which makes a total of 3 spots for valets pick-ups.

To access our Valet & Car Park service you need to be a member of either iGA Pass Extra or iGA Pass Premium.

If you are a member of one of the iGA Pass Extra, or iGA Pass Premium packages, you are allowed to register 3 different vehicles to your membership. For this reason, you should register the vehicles you want to access this service with. If you have not registered a car plate during the purchase, you can register a plate from our call center at 444 1 442, or through the Info and Sales desks located in the Airport.

• In the event that you use Valet & Car park service for more than 24 hours, another “day of use” will be subtracted from your total limit.
• Within 24 hours, if you enter and exit the car park multiple times, another “day of use” will be subtracted for every entrance.
• During the time you access the free car park, you can use the valet service freely.
• In the case of when you have Car park service eligibility upon entry to the car park, but it expires during the stay, you do not pay for Valet service, but you will have to pay for the extra days you have stayed at the car park.
• When your Car park eligibility ends, your Valet service eligibility also ends.
• Membership owner cannot park more than 1 car simultaneously to the car park.
• If used contrarily to the aforementioned way, on the condition that all the legal rights of the CMLKK are reserved, the member’s package will be terminated immediately without a refund.

You can only pay with credit card at the moment.

Unfortunately, there is no option of an installment currently. Depending on our agreements with the banks, installment options will be added to our system in the near future.

Our current prices are exclusive to our launch and there are no sales to any specific banks or cards. After the launch, special promotions that our customers can benefit from will be put to operation.

Istanbul Airport application supports both the English and Turkish language. Our application will use the language of our guest’s phone. Meaning that, if your phone’s language is Turkish, the application will start in Turkish and vice versa.



* The Total Purchase Price is calculated through multiplying the net price of the purchased service by the count of guests, and the amount of VAT calculated on the basis of such price is reflected on the total price. All services are free of charge for 0-6 years old passengers and 50% discounted for 7-12 years old passengers. Services for passengers between the ages of 0-6 cannot be taken individually and these passengers can benefit from the service with at least accompany of 1 adult.
** Buggy Service is free of charge for the passengers above 65 and one ticket is valid for one time usage only.
