Frequenly Asked Questions


Car Pass service fees are:
Car Pass Domestic Subscription Fee (month/single license plate) – TRY 32.500 / month.
Car Pass International Subscription Fee (month/single license plate) – TRY 32.500 / month.
Separate subscription packages must be purchased for Domestic and International flights.

If you wish to extend your subscription, you can do so by email to carpass@tayagrup.com before the expiry of your subscription.
Our Car Pass staff will reach out to you when your Car Pass subscriber card is ready. They will provide you with further details so you can pick up your Car Pass easily.
Owners of a Car Pass can use the dedicated Car Pass spaces unlimited times during the time of their subscription.
If you have not started using the Car Pass services, you can cancel your subscription by email to carpass@tayagrup.com. Cancellation is not possible if you have started using the services.
If you wish to purchase a subscription for an extended period of time (more than 1 month), you can notify this request by email to carpass@tayagrup.com at the beginning or before the expiry of your subscription.
Lost Car Pass subscription cards need to be notified by email to carpass@tayagrup.com.
Owners of a Car Pass can register up to 10 license plates per subscription but only 1 vehicle is allowed to use the car park at any one time.
You can use the dedicated spaces in the Turquoise Car Park opposite Gate 8 for domestic flights and those in the Blue Car Park opposite Gate 14 for international flights.
Owners of a Car Pass Domestic can only use the dedicated Car Pass spaces in the Turquoise Car Park (P3), and owners of a Car Pass International only the dedicated Car Pass spaces in the Blue Car Park (P3).
To use the Pop Up Lounge service you have purchased, simply scan your QR code at the relevant Lounge point.
To purchase Pop Up Lounge service, you can:

    visit our website at www.igapass.com,
    use the Istanbul Airport mobile app,
    stop by at the Pop Up Lounge desk on the international departures floor.
To learn more about iGA Lounge International service fees, you can go to Premium Services > iGA Lounge > Pop Up Lounge.
You can find the Pop Up Lounge on the international departures floor, opposite the Departures Gate A5 after the passport control point.
You have the right to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) days of purchase. If, however, you start using the service before the fourteen (14) days’ withdrawal period has expired, you will forfeit the right of withdrawal. If you have not started using the service after purchase, you can exercise your right to withdraw by submitting an explicit statement to iGA Service & Sales desks or by phone call to our Call Center within the mentioned time.

Our Sleepod service is on the airside of the international departures floor, to the left of the elevators going down to Gates D.
Sleepod fee is 10 Euros per hour between 07:00-19:00 and 15 Euros per hour between 19:00-07:00.
Our Left Luggage office is at your service on the airside of the international departures floor, behind the escalators going up to iGA Lounge.
Business Corner offers services for your business-related needs on the go including printer service, computer rental, Wi-Fi, work station, and chargers.
The iGA Shower service fee is inclusive of shampoo, hair dryer, bath towel, hair towel, and our standard shower kit specially prepared for our guests.
The Business Room is on the airside of the international departures floor, behind the escalators going up to iGA Lounge.

Booking a reservation is a requirement for the Business Room service and there must be a minimum of 24 hours between the reservation and the service usage. For reservation, reservation@igapass.com

Business Pod service can be purchased at the iGA Sleepod desk next to the elevators going down to Piers D on the airside of the international departures floor.
There are two iGA Pass sales desks, one in front of counter K in the international landside area and one next to iGA Lounge entrance in the international airside area.
To renew your iGA PASS membership package, you can:

  • Please be sure to make your renewal request thirty (30) days before the expiry date of your package. Your new package will be valid from the expiry date of your previous package.

  • The services included in the package you have purchased and the QR code for these services are found in the iGA Pass menu in the lower right corner of the Istanbul Airport mobile app. To benefit from the services in your yearly package, simply scan your QR code at the relevant service points or tell our staff your registered phone number. In case of the latter, an SMS code will be sent to your phone which you will have to confirm. If the package was purchased as a gift, the phone number of the person who received it as a gift must be provided.
    Owners of an iGA Pass Plus or iGA Pass Extra package can bring 1 guest traveling with the package owner. Owners of an iGA Premium package can bring 2 guests.
    Minor guests aged 0-12 years traveling with the owner of an iGA Pass Plus or iGA Pass Extra package, and minor guests aged 0-18 years traveling with the owner of an iGA Pass Premium package, can use our services free of charge, without any deduction from the right to bring a guest.
    If, for lounge services included in the package (iGA Lounge, Pop-Up Lounge, Lounge Domestic), the package owner wants to bring more guests, the first additional guest is charged half the price (i.e., 50% discount is applied). Any other additional guests are charged at full rate (i.e., no discount).
    The right to bring a guest is not available for Car Park & Valet service. To learn more about the terms and conditions of this service, click here.
    Yearly Packages are valid for 1 year as of package activation.
    We will send an e-invoice of your purchase to your registered e-mail address within 7 days.
    Fast Check-in is available in all iGA PASS yearly membership packages. To benefit from this service, passengers flying with one of our contracted airlines can use the business check-in counter of their airline. Passengers flying with Turkish Airlines can use the iGA Pass Fast Check-in point at counter G39. Package owners wishing to benefit from the service are required to show the relevant airline’s counter staff the Istanbul Airport mobile app screen showing their package rights (QR menu).

    You can benefit from all services included in iGA Pass Plus as many times as you wish, without any limitation. The car park and valet service in iGA Pass Extra is limited to 30 days. The car park and valet service in iGA Pass Premium is limited to 90 days. City transfer can be used up to 10 times.
    iGA PASS Extra and iGA PASS Premium package owners can benefit from car park service free of charge with their car whose license plate they have entered into the system. Package owners can enter up to 3 license plates into the system but the service can be used free of charge with only one car at a time. You can email to reservation@igapass.com to have your license plate entered into the system.
    iGA PASS package owners get a 25% discount on iGA Sleepod, iGA Luggage Wrap, and iGA Left Luggage services. This discount cannot be used by package owners’ guests.
    You can benefit from a 10% discount at Unifree Duty Free.
    You do not need a physical card to benefit from the services included in your package. You can benefit from all services in your package digitally using the Istanbul Airport mobile app.
    iGA PASS package owners get a 25% discount on iGA Sleepod, iGA Luggage Wrap, and iGA Left Luggage services. This discount cannot be used by package owners’ guests.
    You can benefit from a 10% discount at Unifree Duty Free.
    • Only iGA Pass members can benefit from this campaign. The discount cannot be used by package owners’ guests.
    • The campaign does not include alcohol and tobacco products.
    • To learn more about current campaigns and campaign conditions, you can log in on the Istanbul Airport mobile app and go to the ‘Campaigns’ tab.
    The license plate information entered into the system at the time of first registration cannot be changed via the website or the mobile app. License plate change requests must be made to iGA PASS service and sales desks or by email to reservation@igapass.com.
    In addition to Istanbul Airport, iGA PASS yearly packages can also be used at Dalaman Airport. Our yearly packages give you access to Dalaman Lounge on the domestic departures floor of Dalaman Airport, in addition to the services you can benefit from at Istanbul Airport.
    iGA Pass Yearly packages are valid for one year from the date of package activation and they include various service usage/benefit rights.
    There are three (3) different iGA Pass yearly package options: iGA Pass Plus, iGA Pass Extra and iGA Pass Premium.
    We need your license plate to recognize your car during Car Park & Valet use. In case of a change, please be sure to update and revise your license plate information in advance to avoid problems when leaving the car park.
    Meet & Greet is not included in membership packages. This service must be booked separately on the iGA Meet & Greet product page.

  • iGA Lounge Domestic is on the domestic departures floor.
    You can find it to the left of Gate G11.
    Lounge International
    iGA Lounge has an open buffet with delicious foods and treats and complimentary massage service (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8:00-17:00). Having a total seating capacity of 650 people, there is also a shower and napzone area, children's playgrounds for families with kids, a business area, meeting rooms and bar section.

  • Pop-Up Lounge
    iGA Pop-Up Lounge offers a comfortable and privileged space where you can relax while waiting for your flight at Istanbul Airport, the meeting point of the world. Here, you can enjoy delicious snacks and benefit from free Wi-Fi service right next to your boarding gate. iGA Pop-Up Lounge is opposite Gate A5 on the International Departures floor.

  • The only common-use lounge areas at Istanbul Airport are iGA Lounge International and iGA Lounge Domestic, located in the International and Domestic Terminals, respectively. The lounges in the International Terminal are iGA Lounge International and iGA Pop-Up Lounge, and iGA Lounge Domestic is in the Domestic Terminal. To benefit from iGA Lounge, you must purchase the iGA Lounge service or own one of the iGA PASS membership packages. You can benefit from iGA Lounge also if you are flying with one of our contracted airlines or are a customer of one of our contracted institutions, airlines or travel programs that have lounge access for customers.
    There are also private lounges at Istanbul Airport: Turkish Airlines Domestic CIP Lounge for THY business class passengers and holders of a Frequent Flyer card on domestic flights and Turkish Airlines International Lounge for Star Alliance business class passengers and holders of a Frequent Flyer card on international flights
    iGA Lounge serves our passengers on the International and Domestic Departures floors.
    To benefit from Buggy service, you can buy it on our website at igapass.com, or you can stop by at the departures Buggy desks or call our Call Center. Owners of an iGA PASS yearly or daily package, Meet & Greet passengers, guests aged 65 and over, pregnant guests, families with kids aged 0-2 years, and guests from contracted airlines and institutions can use the Buggies free of charge.
    To use the service, you can download and sign up on the Istanbul Airport mobile app and go to the QR menu in the lower left section to generate a QR code. Now you can use this QR code at the relevant service points, or you can tell our staff your registered phone number. For more details, you can check out our membership packages.
    If you buy the service on our website at igapass.com, we will send you a QR code which you can show at the relevant Buggy desk to benefit from the service. If you wish to buy the service at the airport, you can do so at the Buggy desks.
    The service remains valid for 1 year as of the date of purchase. In iGA Pass Daily, the services included in the package can be used for 24 hours after the first use and they expire at the end of 24 hours.

    • stop by at the iGA Pass sales desks or the Buggy desks (desks C1 ,E1 and G) on the international departures floor.

    Buggy sales can be made on the International Terminal Arrival floor, depending on the availability of our Buggy Taxi vehicles.

    Regrettably, Buggy sales are not available on the domestic departure floor.

    Buggy service is for one-time use only. If you have one of the iGA PASS yearly packages, you can use the Buggy service as many times as you wish for 1 year.

    There is no Buggy sales on the arrivals floor.
    Buggy service on the arrivals floor can be used by the owners of an iGA PASS yearly, Meet & Greet passengers, guests aged 65 and over, pregnant guests, and families with kids aged 0-2 years.

    We have several Buggy desks at our airport: International Departures & Arrivals and Domestic Departures & Arrivals. You can use our Buggy cars of varying passenger capacity for comfortable and quick access to / from your flight gate.
    Departures:
    Departing passengers with an international flight can go to Buggy desks C1 and E1 for quick access to their boarding gates.
    Departing passengers with a domestic flight can go to Buggy desk G on the domestic departures floor for quick access to their boarding gates.
    Arrivals:
    International arriving passengers can use the “Buggy Call Points” or go to the buggy desks on the piers to benefit from Buggy service.
    Buggy desks on the international arrivals floor are desks A5, B5, D9, and F6.

    Buggy call points and Buggy desks on the international arrivals floor are found at the following locations:
    Pier A: call point opposite gate A11 - Buggy desk next to gate A5.
    Pier B: call point near gate B16-17 - Buggy desk next to gate B5.
    Pier D: call point near gate D13-14 - Buggy desk next to gate D9.
    Pier F: call point near gate F14-16 – Buggy desk next to gate F6.

    There is 1 Buggy desk in the domestic arrivals area (Buggy desk G5).
    The Buggy desk for domestic departing passengers is in zone G opposite F1.

    Fast Track can be used by the owners of an iGA Pass yearly or iGA Pass daily package. To use the service, download and sign up on the Istanbul Airport mobile app and go to the QR menu in the lower left section to generate a QR code. Now you can use this QR code at the relevant service points, or you can tell our staff your registered phone number. You may also use the Fast Track service by purchasing the service at the Fast Track desks. For more details, you can check out our membership packages.

    Fast Track service is included in yearly and daily packages. In yearly packages, you can use the service as many times as you wish over the course of 1 year, whereas in daily packages, you can use the service for 24 hours from the moment of first service use. If you have a daily package and your return flight is within the next 7 days, you can use the Fast Track one more time on the arrivals floor. In order to benefit from Fast Track service, it is sufficient to have one of the iGA Pass membership packages. You can visit the iGA Pass packages page to learn more about our membership packages.
    • Fast Track is not sold separately.
      Owners of an iGA PASS yearly or daily package, Meet & Greet passengers, guests aged 65 and over, pregnant guests, families with kids aged 0-2 years, and guests from contracted airlines and institutions can use the Fast Track free of charge.

    You can create a user account on www.igapass.com and purchase iGA Meet & Greet service by credit card, or you can email us 24/7 at reservation@iGAPASS.com.
    • Bank Transfer: You can pay the service fee in TRY or EUR. You should enter the reservation number into the Description field and share the bank receipt with us in PDF-JPG format.
      Payment by Debit & Credit Card (3D Security): Upon your request, a TRY payment link will be sent to your email address or phone number.

  • Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the flight time. If the time remaining to your flight time is less than 24 hours, please contact us before payment so that we can check operational availability.
    If your flight is canceled or you will not be able to fly, you should notify us in writing by email to reservation@igapass.com at least 24 hours before the time of the canceled flight.
    After payment is completed, we will get in touch with you at least 3 hours before take-off time, or if you booked the service for an arriving flight, we will track your flight date and flight code that you provided during booking. You will be greeted by a personal agent the time you enter the terminal, with a sign with your name on it.
    If you have a connecting flight, you will be greeted with a sign with your name on it and accompanied to iGA Lounge or the boarding gate of your connecting flight, depending on take-off time.
    *Meet & Greet service can only be used at Istanbul Airport.
    If you decide to reschedule your booking, you should notify us in writing by email to reservation@igapass.com, provided that there is more than 24 hours before your flight. No refund is made to passengers who wish to cancel or change their service booking in the last 24 hours before their flight.
