Meet & Greet is a service where both departure and arrival passengers are welcomed and assisted by a special meet & greet assistance between international, domestic, transfer departure/arrival points and gates. Passengers could enjoy fast track, dedicated buggy and lounge services within the scope of Meet & Greet service. You can benefit from this special and privileged service offered within various package options based on your needs.

    For departing passengers;

  • Meet&Greet VIP
    We offer this special Meet&Greet service for the passengers who wish to use the General Aviation Terminal for their scheduled flights. Reservation related to the service must be arranged at least 2 weekdays before the flight. We cannot take reservation requests that have less than 2 weekdays left to the flight. We only operate the Meet&Greet service for the scheduled flights, either arriving or departing.     Facilities

    For arriving passengers;
    -Be welcomed and escorted to the General Aviation Terminal by a dedicated assistant with a VIP vehicle.
    -Luggage, passport, customs clearance, and if required, visa process completed with assistance by dedicated personnel.
    - Assisting passenger to the Terminal’s exit

    For departing passengers;
    -Be welcomed by a dedicated assistant at General Aviation Terminal's entrance.
    -Luggage, check-in, passport, customs clearance, and if required, transaction stamp process completed with assistance by dedicated personnel.
    -Before the flight, passengers can benefit catering service that served by General Aviation Terminal and use internet, TV and daily newspaper etc. 
    -Be escorted to their flight by a dedicated assistant with a VIP vehicle 30 minutes before their flight.

    For transfer passengers;
    -Be welcomed by a dedicated assistant from arriving plane and escorted to the General Aviation Terminal by a VIP vehicle.
    -Luggage, passport, customs clearance, and if required, visa process completed with assistance by dedicated personnel.
    -Before the transfer flight, passengers can benefit catering service that served by General Aviation Terminal and use internet, TV and daily newspaper etc.

    *Pricing Details
    -Departing Passengers: If passenger arrives with a private jet and transfer to a scheduled flight, reservations are taken for the scheduled flight side of the operation with a cost of €500+VAT per person.
    -Arriving Passengers: If passenger arrives with a scheduled flight and transfer to a private jet, reservations are taken for the scheduled flight side of the operation with a cost of €500+VAT per person.
    -Transfer Passengers: If passenger arrives with a scheduled flight and transfer to another scheduled flight, reservations are taken for both sides of the operation with a cost of €1000+VAT per person.
    -Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours left to the flight. Not able to make refunds for cancellation requests if reservation taken within 24 hours of the flight.
    -The service is free of charge for passengers between ages 0-6, and for the passengers between ages 7-12 we offer a 50% discounted price.
